As urbanization increases, so too does the concentration of impermeable surfaces that produce additional water runoff and may play a part in erosion as well as the potential to carry pollutants.

Capitol’s Eco-Logic promotes the proper percolation of surface water into the ground, thus allowing the water to return naturally to its source. The bedding material maximizes storage, filtering and treatment of pollutants in storm water runoff entering the pavement surface. Eco-Logic’s porous and permeable surface also creates viable rooting space for trees in the midst of heavy pedestrian traffic.

The Eco-Logic pavers 1/4” spacers are wide enough to receive #10 aggregate and yet are still the narrowest width joints that you can have and still be significantly porous and permeable.
