Sales
We are seeking creative, dynamic candidates for full-time sales position for the PA, MD & DE areas.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting Capitol's sales goals and include the following responsibilities:
- Developing maximum sales potential within the assigned territory, including building and maintaining excellent relations with existing accounts, while increasing account base and volume on a consistent basis.
- Follows up sales leads generated through incoming calls, advertising campaigns and other promotional efforts to expand the current customer base.
- Applying technical knowledge of our products and services to best meet customer needs.
- Understands and supports our sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective service to all customers and foster the development of long term business relationships.
- Assists and resolves customer complaints in a timely manner, notifies management of problems and suggest corrective actions.
- Possesses the ability to present product knowledge training either at trade shows or to architects, distributors and contractors regarding company products and services.
Requirements:
-Related industry experience and/or training a plus
-Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
-Good oral / presentation communication skills
-Technical communications
-Negotiation skills
-Strong customer relations and service skills
