Limited Lifetime Warranty Capitol Pavers & Retaining Walls, Inc.
Capitol Pavers & Retaining Walls, Inc. offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the structural integrity of its paving stones and retaining walls stones it manufactures to the original purchaser of the product(s). The warranty covers any disintegration and/or decomposition of the above mentioned product(s) resulting from natural causes.
This warranty does not apply to any breakage, chipping or other deterioration that were caused from improper design or installation which does not comply with the applicable guidelines (codes) of the ICPI (Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute) or NCMA (National Concrete Masonry Association) and their published installation procedures. This warranty does not apply to any damage resulting from a natural disaster or from a deliberate and/or negligible act on the part of the purchaser, owner of the property, installer or any third party.
The sole remedy of the purchaser for any breach of the Limited Lifetime Warranty set forth herein shall be if the product proves defective, with proof of purchase by the original purchaser, the material will be replaced at no cost. The warranty does not extend to the removal or hauling of defective paving stones or wall products. Replacement labor and shipping are not included. Exact matching of the replacement product can not be guaranteed.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN IS IN LIEU OF, AND THE PURCHASER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS AND WAIVES, ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR ARISING FROM ANY COURSE OF DEALING, CUSTOM, USAGE OF TRADE OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR USE.

Limited Lifetime Warranty on Courtland Natural Impressions
Installation: To qualify for the Limited Lifetime Warranty Courtland Natural Impressions must be installed using the sand set installation method. Capitol does not recommend using Stone Dust or Quarry Dust base as an installation method because Stone or Quarry Dust does not allow adequate drainage of water and can caused damage to the product due to a substance in the dust.
De-Icing Salt: Is not recommended for use on this product. The use of salt can affect both the durability and the look of the product during continual freeze-thaw cycles. Capitol is not responsible for any product damage resulting from the use of de-icing salt.
Defective Product: Should product reach you in an unsatisfactory condition, the defect should have to be apparent prior to laying the product. It is at this point that the supplier should be notified of such a defect, allowing time for the rejected product to be replaced. If the complaint is raised after laying the product, no responsibility will be accepted.
