Lifetime Warranty

 

Lifetime Warranty Registration Card must have all fields completed and mailed with the proof of purchase to Capitol in order to register for the Lifetime Warranty. You can print the card here or you can find it in the 2008 catalog page 66.

Capitol provides a Lifetime Warranty on the structural integrity of its paving stones provided the material is installed according to our installation guidelines for residential use.

The structural stability of the sub-base earth is not a part of the Lifetime Warranty. A soil engineer should be engaged to advise on preventative solutions that may arise from a poor sub-base.

If the product proves defective, with the proof of purchase by the original purchaser, the material will be replaced at no cost. Replacement labor and shipping are not included. Exact color matching of the replacement goods can not be guaranteed.
